Truthful Tuesday
I am currently holding an ice pack against my mouth.
I was lying in bed after a got out of the shower. I went to turn so I could take a picture of my ass and when I did I dropped my phone and it hit my bottom lip causing it to immediately swell and bleed.
Hot, right?
When your "real life" and "tumblr life" combine and someone you're really close to on tumblr becomes one of the most important people in your real life and they start ignoring your calls and texts for some reason you don't even fucking know, but you continue you to see them all over tumblr and it just really pisses you the fuck off.

- I’m really freaked out about my upcoming birthday. It’s my 29th and I feel like my life is nowhere close to where I expected it to be at this point.
- My job makes me feel even older. I work with mostly kids in college who continuously call me ma’am. It irritates the shit out of me.
- The thing I get complimented on the most is the way I smell. I have had random people stop me in a store and ask me what I’m wearing. I wear a different perfume or lotion just about everyday so I’m almost never able to tell them what it is.
- I’m addicted to lip gloss and chapstick. I currently have one of each in my pocket and I’m sitting on the couch in my pajamas.
- I wear flip flops all the time, even to work. I cannot even remember the last time I wore “real” shoes.
- You will never see me without my toes done. I normally will go no more than 3 days before I redo them.
- No matter what time of year it is, I am always, always hot.
- I’m a big art nerd. I went to the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston on Saturday to an Impressionist/ post-Impressionist exhibit. Until then I had never seen a van Gogh. Now I’ve seen two. It was pretty much the best day I’ve had in a long time.
- My sleep has really been messed up lately. I haven’t been able to sleep more than 2 or 3 hours at a time lately. I’m always sleepy, so I’m pretty much always cranky lately.
- It took me entirely too long to come up with 10 things about me.

I was in the process of writing a Truthful Tuesday post about how I could feel myself starting to fall back into a depressive funk when this song appeared on my dash, which caused an impromptu dance party on my couch and, for now, I’m feeling pretty good. :)
If I could figure out some way to turn off my brain
I could probably get in a nap before I have to leave for work. And since I’ve been awake since 10 last night, I could really use one.

10 Things-SST Edition
I was tagged a few times, so I’m going to steal MissCook’s idea and do SST list instead.
- I’m not attracted to any one type of person. All the men that I’ve been with have looked nothing at all alike, all different combinations of races and body types.
- I am attracted to both men and women. I’ve never been with a woman, but am very open to the idea.
- Only one of the men that I’ve had sex with has loved me. He was also the one consistently responsible for the worst sex I’ve ever had.
- I was a virgin until I was 22.
- I’ve only ever loved one person. It’s not the same person referenced in #3. I’ve only ever been emotionally attached to one person, still not the person in #3.
- I’m generally very opinionated and will openly speak my mind, but when it comes to the bedroom I’m pretty submissive and want to be told want to do.
- For someone with body image issues, I take a lot of (sexy?) photos of myself. Like, A LOT.
- One of the first things I notice on a man are his hands.
- I sometimes masturbate 3 or 4 times a day. I’ll occasionally use it to alleviate my migraines and to help with insomnia.
- I’ve yet to say no to any sexual act presented to me.
