Truthful Tuesday
I have someone in my life for the first time ever that seems to really love me, to want to be with me. I should be happy, but I’m really just freaked out by the whole idea of it all.

mattdoucette asked: Hey there,
I just wanted to tell you that I think you're awesome and I hope things work out however you want them to work out the guy. :)
I do have one thought, though. If he does love you the way you are, he'll also love you the way you want to be. Be everything that you can, everything that makes you happy.
That's all. :)

Dear Tumblr Folks,
Can we have a serious moment? I wont take long I promise.

Anonymous asked: Can people change? Yes, they can. By the way, I'm doing this anonymously because people have unfollowed me for being "too real," at times. But yes, people can change. It's just that the percentage of people who do change, is pretty low. Not many people follow through, or can even accomplish it, really. That's the truth. I did, though. I changed. But it took an assload of...

And it’s a good thing. I haven’t spoken to or see him in at least 8 years. Until just a few years ago I always wondered what was so wrong with me that he wanted nothing to do with me throughout my entire life, why he chose to love and provide for my stepsisters and not me, why I wasn’t deemed worthy of his attention.
But now, I don’t care. His loss, not mine.
Social awkwardness, I haz it.
I noticed last night as I was walking into work that this guy I work with was wearing shoes with an iPhone airbrushed on them. (Yes, I’m serious. How could you ever make up shit like that?) So, all night I kept wondering how I was going to get a picture of them to share with you all.
On my last break I saw him in the breakroom. I walked over to the table he was sitting at and said “You know, the...

There's nothing else like talking to an old friend...
That’ll make you want to take the spoon from the ice cream carton, that incidently you had to eat just to make it through the call, and stab yourself repeatedly with it.
I can't remember the last time I was touched.
It’s had to have been weeks.
I don’t mean in a sexual way (I remember when that was, too damn long ago) I mean someone brushing up against me as they walk by or placing their hand on my arm as they talk to me.
I’m not an affectionate person at all. I believe it’s mainly because I’m so uncomfortable, so disgusted with my body I think that anyone that touches me will feel the same way about it. ...
